1-      Sign up in the user panel (If necessary, watch the registration and data completion video)

1-1-           Provide complete data in the registration form.

1-2-           Send a photo to issue an ID card through the user panel.

1-3-           Send the university ID card, membership ID card in the Iranian Educational Psychology Association, or work contract, if applicable, to access services specific to the aforementioned groups.

1-4-           Do not register again on the conference website. If you forget your password, visit the user control panel and click on "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the page or contact the website admin.

1-5-           Manuscript submission is only available after finalizing the registration and paying the registration fee through the conference website. (For further help, watch the related video on finalizing the registration and article submission)

1-6-           Follow the guidelines required to prepare the Persian and English manuscripts.

1-7-           Complete the required article information in the Article Submission section and upload file 1 (Persian abstract) and File 2 (Article full text), both files being prepared according to the guidelines.

1-8-           Do not submit the same manuscript twice. If you need to make any kind of typographical revisions or edit the article title or author information, contact the website administrator.

1-9-           To edit or complete article information, check “Article Status” in your panel.

5- Finalizing the registration depends on completing the registration procedure and will be announced through the conference official website.

6- The conference secretariat will indicate whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected in the user panel.

7- Any form of participation in the conference (with or without a submitted manuscript, oral or poster presentation) is only possible by paying the registration fees.

6- In case of withdrawal from conference registration, the fee would not be refunded.

7- Valid and online certificate would be awarded to received manuscripts and conference attendance (online and in-person), verifiable at vcert.ir.

7-1- Certificate of attendance would be awarded only to those who have paid the registration fee and attended the conference either online or in-person.

7-2- If all co-authors of a manuscript request a certificate, they all need to complete the conference registration procedure.

7-3- Presentation certificate would be issued under the names of all the participants.

The above-mentioned fees apply to all conference participants (with and without a manuscript). Participants can complete the process and acceptance of one manuscript by registering (paying the fee) without any additional payments. If the first manuscript is rejected, the second one will be reviewed free of charge.

Note 1: If other co-authors of a given manuscript wish to attend the conference, they should pay the conference registration fee.
